Remote Service and Scheduled Maintenance
TFON machines can be supported remotely. Using the sensors and software on the machine, TFON service can monitor the equipment from a distance, diagnose faults and resolve issues without a site visit. Where remote support is not enough, a technician comes on site. Requests go through the technical support form with the machine serial number.
Scheduled maintenance keeps unplanned stops down. TFON offers:
