Select Consumables for the Machine and Process

Include your TFON machine model, the installed station and the operation you need to perform. Tool dimensions alone do not establish compatibility or the result on a part.

For deburring, describe the incoming burr, material and permitted surface change.
For edge rounding, provide the required profile and the edges to be treated.
For oxide removal, identify the cut-edge condition and the subsequent operation.
For surface finishing, include the accepted appearance or texture requirement.

Provide the existing tool reference or photographs where available. TFON can review compatibility and the appropriate replacement for your application.
