TFON Bevel Wizard® TF-F 8030 L

The TFON Bevel Wizard® TF-F 8030 L is a fixed table machine designed to provide a stable and controlled process for linear weld preparation on small and medium-sized sheet metal parts. It enables precise and repeatable beveling on sheet metal edges from a minimum part length of 60 mm up to a maximum beveling length of 3 meters. In this model, the workpiece remains stationary; the sheet metal parts are mechanically fixed onto the machine, while the moving sanding unit performs the beveling operation. This structure allows small parts to be processed safely while maintaining the same quality standard on every workpiece. Compared to manual grinding and carbide cutter beveling methods, it provides cleaner edge quality, a more controlled process, and higher production efficiency.
