TFON Leveltech® TF-L 9020
The TF-L 9020 is a 2000 mm sheet metal leveler for plate and cut parts from 1 to 30 mm thick; it flattens wide plasma- and oxy-fuel-cut plate. Where heavy plate and wide cut parts have to be flat, the TFON Leveltech® TF-L 9020 offers a 2000 mm working width. It levels sheet and plate from 1 to 30 mm thick with a servo-hydraulic, PC-controlled leveling gap and accepts parts from 160 mm in length. With a total weight of 39,600 kg, it suits production that regularly levels wide plasma- and oxy-fuel-cut plate.

- Corrects distortion from cutting and heat input in plate and cut parts from 1 to 30 mm thick by mechanical roller leveling.

No. It performs mechanical roller leveling. A good flatness result does not certify that the material is stress-free.

The TFON Leveltech® TF-L 9020 handles material from 1 to 30 mm thick and up to 2000 mm wide. The minimum material length is 160 mm; leveling gap control is servo-hydraulic with PC control.
Can parts with holes and cut-outs be leveled?
Yes, but parts with large cut-outs behave differently from a solid part of the same nominal thickness. A sample test is recommended.
How is the flatness result measured?
The measuring condition (free or supported), the measuring area, the instrument and the drawing limit are recorded together in writing.
