TFON Leveltech® XS-3520
The XS-3520 is a 200 mm compact leveling machine for small laser-cut and punched parts from 0.3 to 5 mm thick; it corrects distortion by roller leveling. Small, thin parts do not need a large line to be leveled. The TFON Leveltech® XS-3520 levels thin sheet and cut parts from 0.3 to 5 mm thick, from a minimum part length of 35 mm, by mechanical roller leveling. T-GUARD
This feature continuously monitors the torque of the motor driving the rollers and the servo motors controlling the movement of the upper cassette. If the system detects a mismatch, typically caused by an incorrect material thickness setting, it responds immediately to prevent overloading. This helps protect the machine and ensures reliable performance and optimal operating condition for many years.
GAPSNAP
The machine is equipped with a high-performance Servo-Mechanical system that actively manages the leveling gap with extreme precision. It ensures the gap remains perfectly constant as the material passes through the rollers, resisting any deflection to deliver uniform flatness across every part.
