TFON Leveltech® TF-S 3560
The TF-S 3560 is a 600 mm thin sheet leveler for laser-cut and punched parts from 0.3 to 5 mm thick; it corrects distortion by mechanical roller leveling. Designed for narrow thin-sheet strip and small cut parts, the TFON Leveltech® TF-S 3560 works on material from 0.3 to 5 mm thick and up to 600 mm wide. It has servo-mechanical leveling gap control and a 35 mm minimum part length. Its compact 3,200 kg frame suits cells that level small thin parts in limited space.

T-GUARD
This feature continuously monitors the torque of the motor driving the rollers and the servo motors controlling the movement of the upper cassette. If the system detects a mismatch, typically caused by an incorrect material thickness setting, it responds immediately to prevent overloading. This helps protect the machine and ensures reliable performance and optimal operating condition for many years.
GAPSNAP
The machine is equipped with a high-performance Servo-Mechanical system that actively manages the leveling gap with extreme precision. It ensures the gap remains perfectly constant as the material passes through the rollers, resisting any deflection to deliver uniform flatness across every part.

No. It performs mechanical roller leveling. A good flatness result does not certify that the material is stress-free.

The TFON Leveltech® TF-S 3560 handles material from 0.3 to 5 mm thick and up to 600 mm wide. The minimum material length is 35 mm; leveling gap control is servo-mechanical.
Can parts with holes and cut-outs be leveled?
Yes, but parts with large cut-outs behave differently from a solid part of the same nominal thickness. A sample test is recommended.
How is the flatness result measured?
The measuring condition (free or supported), the measuring area, the instrument and the drawing limit are recorded together in writing.
