TFON Leveltech® TF-S 3513
The TF-S 3513 is a 1300 mm thin sheet leveler for laser-cut and punched parts from 0.3 to 5 mm thick; it flattens parts distorted by cutting. Thin sheet parts that distort after cutting are corrected on the TFON Leveltech® TF-S 3513 by mechanical roller leveling. The machine processes material from 0.3 to 5 mm thick and up to 1300 mm wide, with a minimum part length of 35 mm. With servo-mechanical leveling gap control and a total weight of 4,620 kg, it suits sheet metal shops whose parts do not exceed 1300 mm in width.

No. It performs mechanical roller leveling. A good flatness result does not certify that the material is stress-free.

Yes, but parts with large cut-outs behave differently from a solid part of the same nominal thickness. A sample test is recommended.
