TFON Leveltech® TF-M 5516
The TF-M 5516 is a 1600 mm leveling machine for laser-cut and punched parts from 0.5 to 15 mm thick; it corrects cutting and heat distortion by roller leveling. The job of the TFON Leveltech® TF-M 5516 is to remove, by roller leveling, the distortion that cutting and heat input leave in sheet and cut parts. Its working range is defined by a 0.5 to 15 mm thickness and a 1600 mm width. With a servo-hydraulic, PC-controlled leveling gap and a 110 mm minimum part length, it suits production that levels laser-cut and punched parts of different thicknesses within the same shift.

No. It performs mechanical roller leveling. A good flatness result does not certify that the material is stress-free.

Yes, but parts with large cut-outs behave differently from a solid part of the same nominal thickness. A sample test is recommended.

The measuring condition (free or supported), the measuring area, the instrument and the drawing limit are recorded together in writing.
