TFON Surfacer® TF-R-2510

TFON Surfacer® TF-R edge rounding machine is designed to remove sharp edges and apply controlled edge rounding on metal parts after cutting processes. It helps make sharp edges safer and more consistent after burr-free cutting operations while providing up to 2 mm radius in a single pass. This radius helps improve paint and coating adhesion on edge areas, reducing the risk of coating peeling or lifting from the edges. In the same edge rounding station, oxide removal brushes can also be used to help remove the oxide layer formed on part edges after laser cutting. As a result, parts are prepared with a cleaner, safer, and higher-quality surface condition before painting, coating, welding, and assembly processes.
